Chad graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1994 and moved to Nashville to pursue his architectural career. In the first 13 years of his career, Chad worked for three of Nashville's leading design firms where he had the opportunity to lead the design of several notable civic projects, churches, and a variety of commercial projects. In 2007, with the experience gained under the leadership of these firms and their Principals, all Fellows in the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Chad decided to start his own firm, Creative Design Professionals | Architecture, LLC (CDP Architecture). CDP Architecture and its staff engage in a wide variety of project types, putting an emphasis on quality DESIGN and client-centered service. Chad is also a former instructor at O'More College of Design, where he a taught 3D Perspective Drawing course to the college’s interior design students. He has served the profession as a member of the AIA Middle Tennessee Board of Directors and currently serves as Secretary on the Executive Committee for AIA Tennessee.
