Senior Interior Design Project Manager

Aja Baldwin joined the Creative Design Professionals team in March of 2025 as a Senior Interior Design Project Manager. She brings with her 10 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in a variety of project types. Her specialty is creating memorable concepts that are the heart and soul of the project and are carried throughout the process of sketch to reality.

Aja grew up in Nashville, TN in a musical family, surrounded by the arts at a young age. Through many extracurricular art and theater classes, she learned to channel her creative energy into musicals, choir, and art shows. She loves British TV dramas, hosting theme costume parties, and enjoying the diverse foodie culture of Nashville’s restaurant scene. She’s often the one her friends ask for recommendations of where to go to enjoy the best of the best in Nashville.

Aja believes Interior Design is art with a function. Not only is it meant to inspire, but it must also make life easier for those that spend time there. She loves that CDP’s mission is Designing Joy. It's that bubbly, effervescent joy of creating beauty in the world that inspires her every day. If she can continue to create that irrepressible joy for herself and others, she will consider that a life well-spent.
